At Ball Pulse, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Because many of our products are fulfilled by third-party production and fulfillment partners, return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Customers may request assistance with returns or refunds within 14 Days of receiving their order.
Refunds or replacements may be considered if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item arrives defective.
- The wrong item is received.
- The item is significantly different from its description.
Supporting photos or documentation may be required for review.
Review Process
All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to review by our fulfillment partners and suppliers.
Approval of a refund, replacement, or return is dependent upon the findings of that review and compliance with the supplier's policies and requirements.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise required by law, we generally cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selections made by the customer.
- Change-of-mind purchases.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products showing signs of use after delivery.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 Business Days for approved refunds to be processed. Financial institutions may require additional time before funds appear in your account.
